What personalisation options are available?
You can personalise the ceramic stone with any design, image or text. The back of the pendant can also be engraved with a message, date or name.
What materials are the pendants made of?
Our pendants are made from 925 sterling silver. We also offer five classic shapes (round, oval, rectangular portrait or landscape and heart) in 14K or 18K gold. The earrings are also made from sterling silver.
How long does it take to make?
The making process typically takes about 4 to 7 business days.
How durable is the ceramic stone?
The ceramic stone is scratch resistant and the colours will not fade over time, ensuring your personalised design stays vibrant. It is very durable, but like any ceramic material, it can break if dropped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Costs vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Can I return or exchange personalised jewellery?
Due to the custom nature of our personalised jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the pendant or earrings have been personalised with your design and engraving.
