2. What We Provide
Nateva Jewellery designs, produces, and retails handcrafted jewellery. All our pieces are either made-to-order or customised by hand, which means each product is unique. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any product or collection without prior notice. Prices, promotions, and product availability may vary between our online and physical sales channels.
3. Access and Account
To make a purchase or use certain website features, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email, billing and shipping address, and payment details. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to make a purchase.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limited availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an Order Confirmation email. Before that, availability of items is subject to change.
5. Production and Delivery
All Nateva Jewellery pieces are handmade to order. Production times vary depending on the jewellery type:
- Pendants, Earrings, Necklaces, Rings, Wedding Crowns, Pins: 1–2 weeks + shipping
- Bracelets: 3–4 weeks + shipping

6. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and customs duties (if any) are calculated at checkout.
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including the following options:
- Shop Pay
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Local methods: Bancontact, Klarna
All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment details. Prices and promotions may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing pricing or typographical errors.

Personalised, Engraved & Made-to-Order Jewellery
- These items are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
- If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. Once verified, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Personalised Jewellery
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging, except in cases of damage or defect.
8. Product Characteristics
All our jewellery is handcrafted, and minor variations may occur compared to photos. These differences are not considered defects but part of each piece’s individuality.
- Tarnishing: Bronze and silver naturally oxidise over time; this is not a manufacturing fault. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, creams, or salty air.
- Skin Reactions: High skin acidity may cause discolouration; this is a natural reaction, not a fault.
- Crystals & Gemstones: These are delicate materials and can chip or fracture if hit. Damage from wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on natevajewellery.com — including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, and layout — is the exclusive property of Nateva Jewellery and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Errors, Inaccuracies & Availability
We strive to keep all product details accurate. However, occasional typographical errors or omissions may occur (e.g., in pricing or descriptions). We reserve the right to correct any such errors and cancel or modify affected orders as needed.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website:
- For any unlawful purpose,
- To infringe our intellectual property or that of others,
- To distribute harmful code or spam,
- To misrepresent your identity or commit fraud.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nateva Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where Nateva Jewellery is headquartered. Our headquarters are located in Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
